Purchasing, Delivery and Returns

If my items arrive damaged, or I’m unhappy with the order – can I return the products?

Of course! You have 14 days from the date of receipt to let us know of a problem, or if you unsatisfied with your purchase. We will provide you with our returns address and will happily offer you an exchange or a refund.

Please check sizes carefully and ensure you have selected the right size as any exchanges for a different size will result in a chargeback of shipping fee. If you need any help with sizing, please He***@to*********.com">contact us.

All items are sold in brand new condition, and therefore returns must be sent back in the same condition they were sold in; without any visible signs of use, wear and pet fur. Also all tags must remain intact and uncut, and any original protective packaging undamaged. We reserve the right not to accept any returns found worn, used, marked or stained, or of any tags, labels and packaging cut, removed and damaged. Any item returned in an unsatisfactory condition contrary to the original condition it was sold in will be returned to the sender at their cost.

Europe

  • Free tracked shipping 3-4 working days for orders over £199
  • £19 for tracked shipping 3-4 working days for orders under £199
  • £45 for tracked shipping 3-4 working days for bulky items measuring over 120cm for all 3 sides L,B,H

International

  • Free international tracked shipping 6-7 working days for orders over £249
  • £25 International Tracked & Signed For on all orders under £249
  • £45 for tracked shipping 3-4 working days for bulky items measuring over 120cm for all 3 sides L,B,H

 

Our Product Guarantee

We carefully inspect all our products to ensure their quality and make, and they are sold brand new and in pristine condition. If you receive your purchase in a condition not meeting our strict standards, please he***@to*********.com">inform us immediately upon receipt so we can make it right. Please send us images of the packaging and contents on arrival. 

Please note that any return of items that we subsequently find to be a result of customer’s use and abuse, and retrospectively claimed as being damaged on receipt will invalidate this guarantee.
