Returns & Exchanges:
If you need to get in touch with us about a Return, please email us for more information, and our Return Address. Please ensure that all items are in their original packaging, with tags and labels intact, before sending them back to us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for perishable goods, unless they arrived damaged through a fault of ours. Items must be returned to us in the same condition in which they were received. We may not be able to issue a refund if returned items are not in a resalable condition.

There are several ways to get involved with Toro’s Choice and be our brand ambassadors. You could:
🐾 Tell us a funny story about your dog, and if we choose your content to be included in our blog, we’ll send your pup a goody bag as a thank you!
🐾 Share your experiences about your dog’s digestive / health / behavioural issues. We have a network of trainers and behaviourists, as well as veterinary professionals – and may include your comments or questions in a featured response.
🐾 Share funny stories, pictures or videos of your dog by tagging us on Instagram, #toroschoice. We love having a good laugh over dog antics! And if your pup can beat Toro’s poop-pose in a handstand or pull off some fantastically furry feat, you’ve earned yourself a Toro’s Choice Goody bag!
